Create your own Pumpkins!
Your child will learn:
- How to thread, use safely and fix essential issues on a sewing machine.
- How to use pre-loved fabrics to create a set of 3 pumpkins
- Use a sewing pattern to cut out the fabric shapes
- How to stuff them and hand-sew the hole to give them their realistic look!
I will provide:
- all equipment, drinks and snacks. If your child is allergic or intolerant to any food please do let us know at the time of the booking.
You will need to bring:
- Any cotton fabrics- not stretchy nor new please! just about a pillow case size.
Your child will leave with:
- A lot of new knowledge on how to use a sewing pattern and a sewing machine,
- knowledge about sewing by hand
- Their very own set of pumpkins
- Make new friends
- Build self confidence
- Have fun!
- A sense of pride and achievement and the pleasure to say "I made it myself, actually!"
