THE KIMONO (2 Mornings)

An amazing opportunity for children/young people to create their own kimono.
You will learn:
Day 1: how to draw your own sewing pattern, cut out the fabric, sew the kimono (sewing machine and overlocker seams for a professional finish)
Day 2: Cut and sew the collar and cuffs.
You need to bring: a pre-loved single duvet cover or bed sheet or large scarves or throws, all pre-loved, no need to buy new. nothing stretchy please. Cotton is perfectly fine.
Will be included: all equipment and a snack/drinks

A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN HOW TO RE-USE SOMETHING THAT EXISTS ALREADY AROUND THE HOUSE AND REPEAT AGAIN AND AGAIN FOR PRESENTS AND/OR PERSONAL USE. SAVING MONEY AND THE PLANET WHILE HAVING FUN!
