THE "HAIR BAG"!

What your child will learn:
- how to sew a twist-headband (stretchy fabrics), scrunchy (cotton) and a little drawstring bag to keep them safe.
- use a sewing machine/ wind the bobbin up/ solve classic issues on the machines, sew straight lines, think of the different stages of construction, make mistakes and learn from them!
- intro to overlocker for a professional finish
- how to re-use existing fabric/clothes to make these projects and repeat at home for friends' birthday presents!
What they will leave with:
- Their very own "Hair-bag"! ideal to keep their hair/toiletery essentials tidy, at home and at the BFF's house sleepovers!
All you need to bring is pre-loved pair of leggings (headband), I will provide the rest but it's always really good for them to think about what they can bring: they already "work" on the project, own it, feel very pleased with themselves when they see the end product and are more likely to repeat the process at home.
I will provide a well deserved snack for our little break! (any food intolerances please bring a little something for the mid-morning snack)
